Forming croissants, rolling dough, and grinding rolls – it is like meditation for me.

Ingredients from the nature

For the fruit spreads, I mainly use fruit from organic farming, fetched from the organic farmer’s farm, or berries I picked myself in the Gastein mountains. The fruits are processed gently, preserving vitamins and reducing sugar.

I pick the wild garlic in higher regions in spring and prepare the dough myself for the wraps. Only organic vegetables are used for the filling.
All spreads are freshly prepared and rounded off with selected herbs and spices.

I make most of the organic pastries and bread myself. In the bread and pasties, I use organic whole grain that I ground myself, processed without additives.
